Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) conducts population and Household Census 2021 digitally for the first time. For this purpose, about four lakh tabs were purchased and after the census, a decision was taken to distribute some tabs among meritorious students as a gift from the Honorable Prime Minister. According to the government decision, these tabs are distributed among the meritorious students of government and MPO affiliated secondary schools and equivalent government madrasas across the country.At this stage, a program was organized for tab distribution among 318 meritorious students of 50 secondary schools of Savar Upazila. Honorable State Minister of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Dr. Md. Enamur Rahman MP was the chief guest of this program. The gift given by the Hon'ble Prime Minister will take the objective of creating Smart Bangladesh a step further.
